Meridian

A real-time logistics dashboard built for operations teams managing high-volume shipment data. The challenge: surface critical signals from thousands of data points without overwhelming the people who depend on them.

Challenge

Logistics teams were drowning in data but starving for insight. Existing tools required too many clicks to surface what mattered, leading to missed exceptions and slow response times.

Approach

Redesigned the information hierarchy from the ground up — prioritizing exception-based views, real-time WebSocket updates, and a keyboard-first interaction model that lets operators stay in flow.

Outcome

Challenge

Built a unified workspace that collapses the most-used workflows into a single, fast interface. Async-first design with structured check-ins, a lightweight ticket system, and deep GitHub integration.

Prism

A comprehensive design system and component library powering three SaaS products. Built to enforce consistency at scale while giving product teams the flexibility to move fast.

Challenge

Designed and built a token-based design system with a React component library, Figma component set, and automated visual regression testing. Documented every decision so teams could extend it confidently.
